Chop Like a Champion!

If going to Chef School is on your bucket list but you’re concerned about breaking the bank or making unreasonable time commitments, our program may be right up your alley!

We offer an intensive 8-week culinary program that will make you a super star in your kitchen – regardless of your current skill set (or lack thereof).

Each week we focus on a specific subject matter, whether it be Knife Skills 101, Pastas & Starches, Soups & Sauces, or our advanced Meat, Poultry & Seafood Workshops, enabling you to explore the art of food in all its glory!

Offered Saturday mornings from 10 am – 1 pm OR Monday evenings from 6pm-9pm, the program is delivered three times per year: Choose from a Fall, Winter or Spring session.

Junior Chop Champions

The younger you start cooking, the better – that’s our mantra! Though we begin carefully & cautiously, we do this very effectively with our Junior Chef Program. Identical in content and nature to the Adult Home Chef version, our young Jedis commit to 8 weeks worth of culinary training to make them superstars in their own kitchens.

Offered on Saturday afternoons from 2pm – 4:30pm, the program is delivered three times

Couples Cooking

Join us every Friday (& now some select Saturdays) for Couples Cooking! Come for date night, leave with a full stomach, a newfound appreciation for your partner, and
possibly some new friends. Better than couples therapy, our partner-based cooking classes include the cookery of an appetizer, entrée and dessert, shared over a candlelit
table in our chic private dining room. Well-deserved adult beverages are also available for purchase!

Gastro Summer Kids Camp!

­­­After repeated requests, we’re launching our first-ever Gastro Summer Culinary Kids Camp!

We’re offering a warm Gastro welcome to your budding 7-14-year-old chefs-to-be in our professional kitchen. Whether they’ve done our Junior Chopped program or are new to the kitchen, the friendly and professional guidance from Chefs Anthony and Justine will help them further their skills. It’s definitely going to be a week filled with fun and learning!

Two Weeks Only: July 7-11 and 14-18

10 spaces for both morning (9-12pm) and afternoon (1-4pm)

$495/student or $845 for the full week (9-4 pm)

Price includes a three-course meal and snacks, all food and materials.
